He can do all things

Job 42:2
Then job answered the Lord and said, "I know that You can do all things."

I read these following words in a novel on Job, and found it very appropriate.
"The point is clear --- God's power is infinite and independent, self energized, and never depleting. He creates from nothing without any decrease of energy. He sustains all life without needing any assistance. He gives life and takes life. He raises from the dead those He wishes to raise without any resistance. And He withholds the most powerful creature ever created (Satan himself) with no struggle, without restraint. Nothing stands in God's way. Nothing hinders God's work. Nothing alters God's plan. He alone deserves the description, "awesome."

How powerful is that statement, how does that make you feel to know that our God holds this power. The word "awesome" is used to much in our culture, I have tried to change my words were I don't use the word. I have seen that word used to describe a razor blade, a car, other people, and their acts they have done. I would like us all to save that word, save the word, "awesome". Save it for our God. Save it for the one who can do all that was said above. He deserves it, at the very least, we can save that word for Him. He is awesome, all He has done, and is doing is awesome. O how we love Him, O how we adore Him.

Folks I am lifted up high right now, I find myself at a point where I know and believe, and would teach, preach, tell, do all I can to share His word, His gospel. He is doing so many magical things in the lives of my family, and I, how can I not share His glory. There are things that are connecting between my wife and myself that haven't been there for awhile, there are plans being made, clear plans, there are stable answers to difficult questions. My family and I have given our lives to God, Christ is first in our home, and His glory is shining, and He reigns. We still have our troubles, we still have our bumps in the road, and we are also being used at this time to influence other around us. We are being the examples the Christ wants us to be, and we are giving ourselves to this, my wife has really never had a problem helping other, or listening to them, I on the other hand have come along way. I long for the time to share with others, to listen to them, to hear their stories, problems concerns, and my answers, when needed, always revolve around our Lord Jesus Christ, He is first in all things, and we are tiring and working hard to keep that habit.

Folks never be afraid to give your life to Christ, to hand your lives over to Him, to allow Him to lead your life. In speaking another way, hand Him the keys to the car that is Your life, and sit back and allow Him to drive Your life. The adventures you'll take with Him, the things you'll see, and O what an experience. I know that entering a life of ministry will test me in ways I couldn't think of now, and break me down to be a true servant of God. I will be able to do it all with His strength, with His power, with His direction. Through Him we can do anything. How wonderful, how glorious, how beautiful.

Father, we come to You in search of You, we don't have to search long, or look long. You are always there, You are always ready for us, You are never caught off guard, or taken by surprise. You are the one who stands ready at all times for anything. You allow us to come to You through the saving grace of Your son Jesus Christ, and plead our case, to state our concerns, our griefs, our wants,........ our hurts. Father, we can't extend our thanks enough for all that You are and all that You do. You are the ultimate Dad, Perfect Father, we praise You for all things. Father, we pray in the name of Your Mighty Son, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, amen
